Oil Stick

As per customer’s need, we developed three types of oil sticks.
Oil Stick BS-1 - Height of stick is lower for BS-I engine. As BS-I Engine is old, hole of oil gauge diameter may change to oval size. So we produce oil stick BS-1 model as over size.

In BS-III and above models, we have standard size and oversize models.

Our special model give long life from leak proof of oil and can take correct measurement of oil into the Engine.

Safety Valve

PPI-47 – This valve is cheap and best. Stainless steel spring is used in it.

PPI-68 - This rubber valve is specially designed for resisting high heat upto 400ºC for long duration. Hence it works long term without losing elastic property (doesn’t become hard). It works with stainless steel spring with heat resistant spring holder.

If this oil seal used with Jems Metal cover or OE metal cover, the performance of stearing movement will be very smooth and comfortable. We add rubber sealing in inside portion of the oil seal also to get full protection of fork bearing from water or dust.

Breather kit BS-2 & BS-3 models are designed as per OE specification. Exact fitment and special type working material is inserted in the kit to get better working performance and life. It contains high heat and oil resistant breather washer, stainless steel spring, heat resistant type Nylon cap and good quality screw. The difference between BS2 and BS3 kit is that in BS-2 model diaphragm used is cost effective type.
